At B&R Enclosures, responsibility means supporting our people, our communities, and the environments in which we operate, delivering lasting positive impact every step of the way.

Supporting Local Industry

Australian owned and operated, B&R is committed to local manufacturing and strengthening Australian supply chains.

Through responsible purchasing and long-term supplier relationships, we invest in local businesses, support jobs, encourage innovation and contribute to the resilience of the Australian economy.

Diversity and Sustainability

We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our business and our communities.

Our sustainability approach focuses on:

  • Developing our people and future skills
  • Improving operational efficiency and performance
  • Reducing environmental impact through continuous improvement

Environmental Sustainability

B&R applies its electrical integration expertise to support renewable and energy management projects, including wind, solar, hydrogen and bio-gas infrastructure.

We also actively reduce our own environmental footprint through initiatives including:

  • A 2,140-panel solar array at our Brisbane Head Office
  • Recycled, paper-based packaging
  • On-site recycling programs
  • Reduced paper usage
  • Energy-efficient equipment upgrades
  • Advanced nitrogen management systems

These initiatives form part of B&R’s ongoing sustainability journey as we continue to improve how we operate and support a more sustainable future.
